Fast controls guide
MECCHA CHAMELEON Controls and Keybinds
Short answer
For a first match, start with keyboard and mouse. Learn movement, camera control, paint mode, pose menu, and action keys until hiding feels calm. The seed list below still needs in-game verification before it should be treated as final.

Painting controls for Hiders
Painting is the core Hider skill. Your goal is not just to copy one color. Match the nearby surface, lighting, and the way your body shape looks from the Seeker’s likely angle.
Pose and hiding controls
A strong pose can matter more than a perfect color. Pick a spot early, choose a shape that fits nearby objects, and reduce movement once Seekers begin searching.
Controls not responding?

- Check the game’s settings for the final binding list.
Questions on this page
What should I practice first?
Movement, camera, paint mode, pose menu, and the main action key. Do not start with complex Workshop maps if the core keys still feel new.
Are these the final default controls?
Not yet. The seed list comes from public guide references and needs in-game verification. The game’s own settings should be treated as the final source.
Can I rebind controls?
Public guide references mention settings and rebind options, but exact behavior needs in-game verification.
